Shipping & Handling:
All orders are shipped either same day or within 48 hours of receipt (except weekends and holidays).  Orders placed for shipment within the 48 continentals United States is generally shipped 2 to 8 day via USPS depending on the weight and size.   No charge for order $100 and over, FREE shipping. Please review and approve your exact shipping rates during checkout.  We will notify you once your order shipped.

 
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from abcjumps.com toys (excluding inflatable products), you may return any item in its original condition.  We will refund the full purchase price if you return it within 15 days of placing your order.  The returned item must be in its original packaging and with no defects.  Products that are returned in any condition deemed by our company as unacceptable would not be received an exchange or refund and will be returned to sender's address.   We are not responsible to refund any shipping charges applied at the time of purchase nor will we refund the cost of any shipping charges applied upon returning products to our company or in the exchange of products.  Customers will be responsible for return shipment and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  A copy of the original invoice must be included in the return package.  Please email us the reason for the return and we will provide you an RMA number.
